DELIVERY / DELIVERY TIME:
All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment unless the products are out of stock.
In the event of a stockout, and for this purpose, the customer will be informed via email or any other available means.

Delivery may take up to 3 to 15 business days, depending on the country.
We cannot assume any responsibility for any delay that occurs in the transit time. The reason is that transit time is highly dependent on the postal/carrier service of the place and/or country of destination.

We strive to offer the most reliable and affordable delivery service, but sometimes international delivery may be conditioned and dependent on the carrier and/or customs services of the country of destination.
Please contact us for further assistance if you do not receive your order after 20 working days after confirming your purchase.


LEGAL FEES:
All sales prices advertised and indicated on this website are expressed in euros (€), and include the VAT rate in force in Mainland Portugal at the time of shipment, as well as other applicable legal fees related to delivery within the European Union ( I)
The payment and application of import taxes, fees, GST, as well as all other relevant delivery costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
Such fees may vary from destination to destination. As such, we recommend that the customer seek information from customs services or a local import broker to obtain more information about the taxes and duties that are applied in their country.


SHIPPING COSTS:
At this time, all taxes or shipping costs are free of charge to any destination (except for international VAT / VAT and/or applicable customs fees in the country of destination)

PRESENTATION OF THE IMAGES:
All images available on our website / online store are presented and described with the greatest precision and are as real as possible.
Please note that the images and the visibility of the colours and details of the articles are subject to slight variations in the presentation and may not be exact according to the originals.
Also consider that monitor configuration may vary from device to device, and for that reason, small differences between the displayed images and actual colours may occur.


POLICY FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS:
The product to be returned must be new and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with all original packaging, protections, labels, tags, and accessories without any sign of modification or alteration.
If the product is defective, the customer has up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request the exchange for a new item.
If the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, he can return it for exchange, or if he is not interested in another item he can request a refund.

Unused/unopened items in the original packaging will be exchanged or fully refunded within 15 working days of receipt.
Please note that all purchases must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
No refunds will be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

For exchange or refund purposes, please send us an email that includes the following information:
 

Copy of the document issued by Sportland, Lda;
Reason for return;
Name;
Address;
Phone number;
Email address.

After the reception and inspection of the conditions of the returned product, and if applicable, the exchange or refund will be made.
In case of refund, this procedure it will be done through the same payment system that was used in the purchase by the customer (excluding shipping costs or additional fees).

Shipping costs will not be refundable, except for the following points:
 

Error in shipping address;
Error in the submitted product;
Defective product of origin.

Refund of the product(s) will be applicable for any of the following reasons (within the statutory period of 14 days):


Our error in shipping.

Our error in the shipped product.

Product defective in origin.

Product returned as original, without any sign of soiling, modification, or appearance of having been used.

Product returned with all original packaging, protections, labels, tags, and accessories without any damage or modification.

 


Refund of the item(s) will not be applicable for any of the following reasons:


Customer order error.

Product returned with the appearance of having been used.

Product returned soiled and/or damaged.

Product returned with changes and/or modifications to its original state.

Product returned without the original packaging, protections, labels, tags, and accessories.
